PLDT and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) are ramping up their sustainability initiatives. In partnership with the Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Training Institute and the Mennonite Economic Development Associates, the Group is set to equip cacao farmers with digital technology while promoting sustainable farming practices for the cacao industry in Mindanao.
