Ramps up service for tourists in PH for Christmas

PLDT’s wireless subsidiary Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) has successfully tested a fully functional Open Radio Access Network RAN Intelligent Controller (Open RAN RIC) proof of concept.

PLDT and Smart recently partnered with Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA), creating more opportunities for Filipino cacao farmers through digital solutions and capacity-strengthening initiatives for the industry. The move expands PLDT Group’s Digital Farmers Program (DFP), helping scale up digital inclusion and mobile internet literacy.

(LCCI), held at Cafetalista in Calamba.

PLDT and Smart’s social outreach arm, PLDT-Smart Foundation (PSF) rebuilds more disaster-stricken communities across the Philippines, helping raise tourism opportunities.
