Expanding the adoption of Central Visayan Institute Foundation-Dynamic Learning Program among educators in the Caraga region, PLDT and its wireless arm Smart Communications Inc. supported Department of Education-Caraga's regional assembly of education leaders, which had the theme "Education 5.0: Leveraging Future-Ready School Leadership." Through CVIF-DLP ambassador Desi Dario Magnaye, campus director at Davao Christian High School, leaders from various districts and schools learned about crisis-resilient teaching pedagogy.

  
Smart also collaborated with the DepEd Agusan del Norte curriculum and learning management division to further orient educators on the Dynamic Learning Program during a three-day program implementation review. DepEd has embraced DLP as part of alternative delivery mode (ADM) to facilitate continuous learning in areas that have been affected by disasters.

 
Supported by PLDT and Smart, CVIF-DLP has proven effective during the global pandemic and extreme weather conditions. The program's learning activity sheets (LAS) simplify complex topics into single-page worksheets, allowing students to learn at their own pace with minimal teacher intervention. This flexibility helps schools continue classes while recovering from recent typhoon damage. 



CVIF-DLP highlights PLDT and Smart's commitment to inclusive quality education through information and communications technology, content, pedagogy, and capacity building to ensure that there is #NoLearnerLeftBehind. The initiative is also aligned with the PLDT group's broad program to help the Philippines achieve United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 4 on quality education.
