Chada Valencia Festival has returned with more exciting face-to-face activities for all Valencianons after a two-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year’s celebration showcases all things beautiful in Valencia, Negros Oriental through the festival’s tourism, heritage, and cultural expo, art exhibits, garden show, and food fair, among others.
To support the festival's comeback, Smart Communications, Inc. has turned over tourism blocks, COVID-19 hotline banners with free smartphone and load allocation, and tents for the on-ground activities at the municipal plaza.
