These provinces include Aklan, Antique, Biliran, Bohol, Capiz, Cebu, Eastern Samar, Guimaras, Iloilo, Leyte, Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, Northern Samar, Samar, Siquijor, and Southern Leyte.

Smart engineers and technicians worked round the clock to ensure quick restoration of services in these areas. No significant damage to Smart’s network infrastructure has been reported; however, power outages in the past few days have hampered efforts to normalize communication services.

To assist the residents affected by the storm, Libreng Charging stations have been set up in Biliran. Residents may avail of Libreng Charging services today at the Smart cell site in Naval, Biliran, and the Smart provincial distributor’s office along P. Inocentes Street.
