As round-the-clock network restoration efforts are underway in typhoon-hit areas, Smart has opened additional Libreng Tawag and Libreng Charging stations at PDRMMC Ilocos Norte Provincial Capitol; CDRRMC Laoag City Hall; and Vertext Main Laoag Branch, M.H. Del Pilar St., Laoag City. Free calling services will soon be available at Dagupan and Bulanao Tabuk City, Kalinga, using Smart Satellite technology.
