[27 November 2013 / 1200H] Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) and Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. (DMPI) have reactivated network services in Tanauan, Leyte as the companies continue to finish network restoration in the hardest hit areas of Super Typhoon Yolanda in the Visayas. To date, Smart and DMPI have already restored 88 percent of network coverage in affected cities and municipalities in the region.
