How to Manage your Smart Signature Account

You can monitor your postpaid account through various available digital channels.

For example, see how much data you can still use for the internet or your next monthly payment deadline.


I. Download the GigaLife App


The GigaLife App gives you access to your account and other options to include with your plan.

It’s your one-stop shop that you can simply access with a tap of your fingers. Here’s what you can do with the GigaLife App.


1. See quick details on the homepage


Once you’ve opened the app, you’ll notice your account details instantly.

In addition, you’ll be able to see your remaining balance and the due date.





2. View and pay bills


Pay bills quickly by tapping “Pay Bill” on the home page.

You will notice the total amount you need to pay and choose the various available payment methods.

3. Tap check usage


You can monitor your usage by tapping the “Check Usage” icon on the home page.

You’ll be able to see how much you have in an instant.




4. Get add-ons


You’ll notice a button on the homepage that says “Add-ons.”

You can subscribe to promos or add other options to increase your experience with your postpaid account.

5. Earn and redeem rewards


Below the app, you’ll notice the GigaPoints option on the far left.

Clicking on this will let you see how many points you have and the items you may redeem with your current points.





II. Go to the MySmart web page


You can check your postpaid account through the SMART website.

Simply type my.smart.com.ph and log in to see your account.



1. Monitor your balance


Have your balance in view once you’ve logged in with your account.

If you do not have an account yet, you can register by providing your number/email, name, and birthday. 



2. View and pay bills


Pay your bills on the website, where you’ll be able to choose the payment methods that are most convenient for you.

You’ll be able to see how much your balance is at any time by going on the website.



3. Check the latest promos and offers


Stay updated with the latest promos that SMART has to offer your plan.

Once you’ve seen a promo you’d like to use, avail it through the website.



III. Smart Chatbot


You can also check certain details of your Smart Signature Account through the SMART chatbot on the Facebook page.

Simply send a message or type “Menu” to access the options available.



1. Check Balance


You can check how much your current balance is in your postpaid account by clicking the option “Check Balance.”

You will be prompted to enter your cellphone number for verification.

An OTP will be sent to your number, which you will need to input in the chatbox.





2. Pay Bill


Through the same methods, you can pay your SMART Signature Bill through the chatbot by clicking on the option.



After providing your number and OTP to verify your account and re-check your balances, you’ll be given a link to the website to pay your account.
