How to request for increase in Smart Postpaid credit limit

Before requesting for increase in your credit limit, please make sure of the following:

  • Any related account/s under your name is current and has no overdue balance.

  • Your account is active for a minimum of six (6) months.

  • Any subsequent request of Increase in Credit Limit (ICL) must be after three (3) months from the date of previous credit limit request.

 

For Individual accounts:

 

To request for increase in your credit limit, you may visit any Smart Store and present the following requirements, which are subject to approval:

  • Bank Statement/Passbook/Bank Certification reflecting account balance

  • Certificate of Employment/Payslip/ITR/Salary Certificate reflecting salary per annum

  • Credit Card Billing Statement reflecting credit limit

If you are transacting through a representative, please include your valid ID, an authorization letter and your representative's valid ID.

For Corporate accounts:

 

To request for increase in credit limit, here are the following requirements:

  • Completely filled-out DCL Form signed by the authorized signatory

  • Letter of Request signed by the authorized signatory/Email request from the authorized signatory or authorized representative or subscriber on record 

  • Valid ID of the authorized signatory
