Before requesting for decrease in your credit limit, please make sure of the following:
For Individual accounts:
To request for decrease in your credit limit, you may visit any Smart Store and present a valid ID. If you are transacting through a representative, please include your valid ID, an authorization letter and your representative's valid ID.
You may also request through our hotline by calling our toll-free number *888 using Smart or TNT number, or (02) 8888-1111 via landline.
For Corporate accounts:
To request for decrease in credit limit, here are the following requirements:
Completely filled-out DCL Form signed by the authorized signatory
Letter of Request signed by the authorized signatory/Email request from the authorized signatory or authorized representative or subscriber on record
Valid ID of the authorized signatory
