How do I sign up for Paperless Billing?

We currently suspended the delivery of printed billing statements from May 2021 to December 2021, as approved by National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) in support of public health protocols and personnel safety amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, Postpaid subscribers are automatically shifted to paperless billing and will be receiving their bills via email if applicable or via SMS. For convenience, we encourage Postpaid subscribers to download the GigaLife App to view their eStatements.
