I am a Postpaid subscriber and would like to have my SIM replaced, what do I need to do and bring?

 

You may visit your nearest Smart Store and just bring 1 Valid ID as Proof of Identification. ID should show your Name, Picture, ID number, Signature and Issuing Entity. SIM replacement cost is free.

 

I am a Prepaid subscriber and would like to have my SIM replaced, what do I need to do and bring?

 

You may visit your nearest Smart Store to have your SIM card replaced for free. Requirements may depend on the scenario.
