You may settle your Smart Postpaid and Sun Postpaid bills at any authorized payment centers listed below:

PAYMAYA APP

Download the PayMaya app and follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Login to PayMaya -> Go to Pay Bills tab.
Step 2: Choose a biller (Smart Communications or Sun Cellular).
Step 3: Once biller has been chosen, proceed with filling up the required fields: Account Number / Amount / Telephone Number
Step 4: Click the Continue button to proceed with Payment Review Page.
Step 5: Click Pay button to pay your Smart Postpaid/Bro bills/Sun Cellular bills.
Step 6: View your (processing) Payment in the Activity List. You’ll notice in the Activity List that it’s currently being processed.
Once payment has been posted, it will be tagged as “payment complete, amount has been posted to the biller.”
Step 7: View your (posted) Payment in the Activity List. It should say: “This Payment has been completed. The Amount has been posted to the Biller.”

2. Online via the mYPLDT Smart app.

• Bayad Center (Payments made at selected outlets are posted on near real-time)- Paying your bills is easy with over 3,500 accredited Bayad Center outlets nationwide. Check payment is accepted at selected branches only.
• Cebuana Lhuillier - Payments may be accepted at any of the 1,500 Cebuana Lhuillier outlets.
• 7-Eleven and ECPay Partner Merchants - You may pay at any of the over 1300 7-Eleven outlets and 5000 ECPay Partner Merchants nationwide. Selected 7-Eleven stores are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Robinsons Department Store - Smart bill payments are accepted at all Robinsons Department Stores.
• SM and Savemore - Smart bill payments are accepted at all SM Malls and selected Savemore branches.
• MLhuillier - Payments may be accepted at any of the 2,000 M Lhuillier outlets.
