Ways to Check Prepaid Load Balance

Prepaid subscribers can conveniently check their remaining load balance via *123#, GigaLife App, My Smart Dashboard, MyPLDT Smart App and IVRS. They will get details on their remaining regular load, and other data, voice and sms wallets or subscriptions.

For Smart Prepaid, TNT and Bro Prepaid subscribers:

  • Dial *123#, choose Bal:Svcs and select Balance.

  • Log on to the GigaLife App and go to Usage page.

  • Log on to My Smart Dashboard to regularly check balance online. Registration and linking of account are needed.

  • Log on to MyPLDTSmart App and the overview screen will show the account balance.

  • Dial 1515 to receive your balance details via SMS (P1/inquiry).

For Smart Bro Prepaid Home WiFi subscribers:

  • Log on to the GigaLife App and go to Usage page.

  • Log on to MyPLDTSmart App and the overview screen will show the account balance.

  • Log on to Smart Bro Prepaid Home WiFi dashboard.
