Rollcall of Winners for #UnityGameJam: Benilde – Another successful SMART DevNet event!

The dust may have long cleared from Unity Game Jam: Benilde , the 48 hour game development marathon that SMART Devnet organized last Oct 11 to 13 with UNITY, but we have no doubt that the winners are still giddy with happiness.

And why not – the prizes were pretty awesome, after all. The winning team “BL-ED” romped off with a Samsung Galaxy S3 android smartphone *for each member* (provided by SMART DevNet) plus a 6-month Unity Pro license from UNITY Technologies. BL-ED won for their entry “Silhouetteswhich you can preview here.

We vividly remember the winners literally jumping with joy at the news. There was one grand prize, and in rather unorthodox decision by the judges, there were five 2nd placers!

SMART DevNet partnered with UNITY Technologies and the College of St. Benilde’s Game Design and Development Program for this one.
