You can enjoy non-stop all day surfing with your Smart Travel WiFi pocket WiFi. With our Fair Usage Policy, mobile data in excess of 1GB will be delivered at a reduced speed. This daily allowance is refreshed at midnight.

You can connect up to 5 devices at the same time.

You can either pick-up the device at the airport of arrival or have it delivered to your hotel within Metro Manila (more destinations to follow).

Yes, you can have Smart Travel WiFi Pocket WiFi delivered to your hotel. Here's how:

  1. Book at least 3 days prior to your arrival to ensure you receive it on time.
  2. Ensure that your hotel guest name is the same as the name you used to rent the pocket WiFi device. Many hotels reject packages with unknown guest names for security reasons.
  3. Inform your hotel that you expect delivery of a package.

Just present the reference number and your valid ID.

You may return the device in our Smart Travel WiFi booth, located just right after the 2nd security check counter and before you proceed to the waiting lounge areas.

If you chose courier service, leave it with the hotel receptionist, properly packed and sealed with the pre-labeled envelope and will have it picked up by our courier. We recommend that you have it properly received by the Hotel staff.

If you chose to have the device delivered at the hotel, you can also have it picked-up at the hotel. Here's how:

  1. Pack and seal in the pre-labeled envelope (provided in the package when you receive the package via courier)
  2. Have the sealed package received by your hotel receptionist
  3. Keep your receiving copy as reference for claiming deposit

We accept VISA and Mastercard payments only.

We charge USD10 shipping cost that covers both delivery and return.

In case of loss or damage, a replacement fee will be charged against your security deposit, depending on which item(s) are affected. See table below for replacement fees.

Once we receive the device in good condition, we will immediately credit back your deposit to your credit card. Please check with your issuing bank for their standard processing time.

A payment confirmation will be sent immediately to the email you indicated when you booked for a device. Please ensure that the email address is active and correct.
