Billing Period
This period is the start and end dates covered by your Statement of Account (SOA)

Credit Limit
This is the maximum amount of charges that you are allowed to incur within a billing period.

This refers to the Advance Monthly Service Fee (AMSF) which you paid for when you availed of your Plan. It is immediately credited as payment for your usage on the first month.

Shows the pro-rated MSF from the date of activation to the first billing cut-off.

Shows one AMSF for the next billing period. Plan inclusions and/or add-ons will always be credited on the start day of the billing period.

This portion presents the deduction of the AMSF payment received on the day when you availed of your Plan.

Payment Due Date
The last day when you can settle your bill and be considered on time for payments.

Total Amount Due
The sum of your pro-rated MSF and pro-rated excess usage.

Billing Terms



1-payment

Payment Due Date

Settle your bill on this date to avoid redirection.

2-credit-limit

Credit Limit

This is the maximum amount of charges that you are allowed to incur within a billing period.

3-balance

Balance from Previous Bill

This is the overdue balance that must be paid immediately to avoid service disconnection.



4-billing-period

Billing Period

This period is the start and end dates covered by your Statement of Account (SOA).

5-service-free

Monthly Service Fee (MSF)

This is the fixed monthly fee based on your Plan subscription charged one month in advance.

7-total

Total Current Bill Charges

These are the charges incurred during the billing period and must be fully paid on or before the due date.



6-statement

Statement Date

This is the last day of your billing period.

8-msf

Pro-Rated MSF

This is the partial MSF covering your activatin date until your statement date. This may also be charged when your billing cycle is updated or if you have been reconnected from temporary disconnection.

9-antishock

Anti-Shock Bill

This is a built-in feature that protects your bill with P2,500 monthly coverage for regular data charges.
