All outgoing transactions are disabled during this time. This happens when you exceed your credit limit or fail to pay your bill on time.

disconnected

All incoming and outgoing transactions are disabled during this time. The total barring of services may be because of overdue balance or other cases as may be determined by Smart.

Your SIM Card will be activated within 24 hours upon release. Once activated, you may already enjoy using your availed Plan inclusions. These will be replenished on you next billing cut-off.

Don’t worry! You just have to settle your bill in full to lift your account from redirection/disconnection.
