We will send your bill to your assigned email address 5 days after your billing cut
off. Your bill cut off is every end of the month.
Your bill cycle starts at the 1st of the month, and ends on the last day of the
month.
An email notification will be sent to your verified email address once your billing
statement is already available. If you wish to have a printed copy, you may request
for one at any Smart Store or download from the myPLDT Smart app.
Sending of your bill’s printed copy is on per request basis. If you wish to have a
printed bill, you may request for one at any Smart Store. The printing of your bill
is on a per request basis only. We will no longer deliver it to your business or
home address.
