If you have a SIM-only plan with an active contract, you may request to be moved to a
Signature Data Plan with the same monthly service fee (MSF). The remaining months of
your current contract shall be carried over. If you wish to upgrade, additional
financial documents may be required. If you want to downgrade, you will need to
settle a pre-termination fee.
If you have a device plan with an active contract, you will have to settle a
pre-termination fee before you can request for a plan change to Signature Data.
If your current plan’s contract has already lapsed, you may request for plan
renewal to the new Signature Data Plans. Additional financial documents may be
required for upgrades.
