  2. Proof of Billing Address
    • Samples: Utility Bills (Electricity, Water, Cable, Telco, DSL), Waybill or Proof of Shipping (Delivery Receipt), Club Membership Bill, Bank Statement of Account, Credit Card Bill / Statement of Account, Insurance Premium Bill / Statement of Account
  3. Proof of Financial Capacity

BILLING

Any add-on that you register to will be charged on top of your plan. Example: Plan 599 (Php 599) + Giga Surf 99 (Php 99) = Total payment will be Php 698

OTHERS

Change of Plan is allowed within the lock-in period. Existing rules shall apply. A pre-termination fee (PTF) shall be charged per plan/account if you change to a lower plan within the lock-in period. Please visit the nearest Smart Store or dial *888 using your Smart number to inquire.

The Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro and Huawei Mate 10 Pro are currently only available with Special GigaX Plans 799 and 2399, respectively.

SMART PLANS are our standard data plans which come with basic data inclusions, free call minutes, unlimited texts to all networks, plus free access to an app of your choice which you can change on a monthly basis. See items 5 & 6 for the full list of apps you can choose from.

No, handset pricing for both GigaX Plans and Smart Plans are the same across equivalent plans.
For example:

  • iPhone 6 (32gb) is FREE on GigaX Plan 1499
  • iPhone 6 (32gb) is also FREE Smart Plan 1499

This means you may opt to change your preferred app each month. You may choose to stick with your previously chosen app or change it to another one, depending on your needs. See the full list of apps in no. 6.

Scenario 1:
You initially selected Waze and you want to continue using it next month.No need to do anything! Your chosen app will remain the same for succeeding months unless you change it through the MySmart app.

Scenario 2:
You selected Waze, but you want to pick Viber as your next FREE app for the following month.Before your next cut-off, simply access your account through the MySmart app and select Viber as your next freebie. You will then be able to use Viber for FREE after your next bill cut-off. Usage on Waze will now be deducted against your open access data or will be charged with the regular data charging rate.

Easy! Simply access your account through the My Smart app, then select “View Balance Details” to check your FREE app inclusion for the month.

You can choose your FREE app for the following month anytime before your next bill cut-off.
You can do this through the MySmart app, and by following the steps listed in item no. 5.

Don’t worry! We shall also send you a reminder 24 hours before your next cut-off in case you forget.
If you choose not to change your currently active app, your access shall simply be renewed for the next month.

NOTE: You cannot change an app that is already active for the current billing period.
