2. Application must be made and approved within Nov. 9 to December 31, 2022 to qualify for this promo.

How to redeem

1. Qualified subscribers may redeem their freebies by registering through the Samsung Redemption Portal.

2. Once signed in, subscriber must upload the following documents:

   • Screenshot of device IMEI

   • Valid ID (should match the name on the Official Receipt)

   • Official Receipt or any proof of successful postpaid application from Smart (SMS screenshot, E-mail Screenshot, etc.)

3. Once validated, freebies will be delivered to the subscriber’s registered address. Voucher codes will be sent to the subscriber’s registered e-mail address.

4. Delivery lead time upon successful validation of redemption documents (validation lead time of 7-14 working days):

   • Metro Manila: 7 working days

   • Luzon: 10 working days

5. Upon claiming, customer needs to present the following:

6. All complaints and queries regarding their Smart Postpaid Plan or handsets may be attended to by Smart’s toll-free 24/7 Hotline that may be reached by dialing *888 from any Smart Postpaid or Prepaid line.

1. This offer is not convertible to cash.

2. Colors are limited. Customers cannot choose the color of the freebies.

3. This offer cannot be availed with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.

4. Samsung reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it deems unsafe / unreachable. In this case, another delivery address shall be provided by the customer.

5. Offers will not apply to returned defective products where the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement. Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned and a refund was given by Samsung.

6. The free item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s preferred delivery address as indicated in the Redemption Portal.

7. Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.

8. Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen gifts.

9. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i) redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified, tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

10. For authorized representatives who will receive the free item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the authorized representative may simply present the delivery code sent to the customer via email.

11. Servicing and after sales of freebies should be care of Samsung (One (1) year warranty at any Samsung Service Center).
