Customers who pre-ordered the
Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 from
Smart as a bundled device with any Smart Signature Plans+,
Signature Device Plans, or Smart Infinity Plan during Aug 10
to Sep 1, 2022 are entitled to receive an early claim gift
when they claim their pre-ordered unit from Smart within Aug
13 to Sept 1, 2022.

Early claims gift is a Battery Pack (10A 25W 2Port) worth P
2,499 that customers are entitled to redeem via
Samsung RMS
Portal.

Customer must follow the step-by-step procedure in the
Samsung redemption website, fill in all the required fields
and upload the ff. requested documents to avail of their
early claim gift:

Delivery lead time would be 15 days for Metro Manila, 21
days for Luzon and 30 days for Visayas and Mindanao.

They can claim the battery pack via RMS starting Aug 25
until November 10, 2022.

Early claims gift is not convertible to cash.
-
Customer cannot choose the color of their early claims gift
item.

Standard Smart Postpaid Terms and Conditions apply to all
applications.

Change of Ownership is not allowed within one's contract
period.

Approval of all applications is subject to credit parameters
and guidelines.

Customers will be able to claim their handset from the
channel where they transacted with:

In-store if applied through the Smart Store, Satellite
Branches, or Postpaid Field Sales

Direct Delivery to User if applied through Telesales, or
Infinity Relationship Manager

When claiming the device from Smart, customer needs to
present the following:

Offers will not apply to returned defective products where
the customer opted for a refund instead of a replacement.
Any free item received shall be returned/surrendered to
Samsung in good condition if products purchased are returned
and a refund was given by Samsung.

The free item/s shall be delivered to the customer’s
preferred delivery address as indicated in the RMS. Samsung
reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations that it
deems unsafe or unreachable. In this case, another delivery
address shall be asked of the customer to provide.

Samsung shall not be liable for failure of the customer to
redeem free item/s due to factors beyond Samsung’s control.

Samsung will not be liable for and will not replace any
lost, damaged or stolen gifts.

Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption when (i)
redemption documents are incomplete or not in accordance
with the form prescribed by Samsung and, in any or both
instances, customer is not able to complete or comply with
the prescribed format within the redemption period, (ii) any
and/or all of the redemption documents is/are falsified,
tampered or fraudulent in any way, and (iii) if Samsung
believes in its sole discretion that the redemption is not
in accordance with these terms and conditions.

For authorized representatives who will receive the free
item/s, kindly present an authorization letter from the
customer with a copy of his / her valid ID and a copy of the
authorized representative’s valid ID. Alternatively, the
authorized representative may simply present the delivery
code sent to the customer via email
