Check your phone settings

ViLTE works only when VoLTE is active. We’ve automatically enabled VoLTE on your compatible phone (Android only for now). To confirm, follow the steps on the right.

For a complete advanced calling experience, make sure WiFi Calling is also enabled.

    Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and check if VoLTE Calls or 4G Calling is ON.

    If VoLTE isn’t visible, update your phone software and restart your device, then check again under Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks.

    Turn WiFi Calling ON.

    Go to the Contacts tab or dial a number.

How do I claim my Viu 1-year subscription?

  • Go to the Viu Android app or Viu.com and click on Redeem Code. You may also visit bit.ly/viuredeem to enter the redemption portal. Input the 16-digit code provided to you and follow the instructions to avail of your Viu Premium subscription.
