In support of public health protocols and personnel safety amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) will be suspending the delivery of printed billing statements from May 2021 to December 2021 as approved by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and will be automatically shifted to paperless billing and will be receiving their monthly bills via SMS or registered email addresses if applicable.

Smart and Sun customers are also encouraged to use the following online channels to conveniently view their monthly bills or eStatements:

Smart Postpaid and Smart BRO Postpaid

Sun Postpaid and Sun Broadband Postpaid

    Your eStatements in the last 12 months can be viewed through your My Smart account.

  • Via Gigalife App(Gigalife App)

    Download our free self-care app in your smartphone and register your postpaid mobile number to view your eStatements.

    Your eStatements in the last 12 months can be viewed through your My Sun account.
