The replacement warranty may be claimed outright upon checking before purchasing the
handset. If the defect is discovered after initial tests within the 7-day warranty
period, please visit any Smart Store for units purchased via Smart Online Store,
Smart Official Store in Lazada and Shopee or select Smart Stores & Distributors
and present the following requirements:

Original copy of the official receipt (and waybill for Smart Online store
purchases).

Handset with complete packaging (box, accessories, Smart Prepaid SIM).
