Smart Online Store Postpaid Referral Program

The Smart Online Store Postpaid Referral Program allows current Smart Postpaid subscribers to earn P300 Maya Credits each time they successfully refer a friend to get a Smart Postpaid SIM-Only Plan 999, 1499, or 1999 via the Smart Online Store.

Mechanics

  1. The program is open to all Smart Postpaid subscribers only.

  2. The Referrer will earn PHP 300 Maya Credits for every approved and activated Smart Postpaid SIM-Only Plan 999, 1499, or 1999 application referrals only. No limit on number of referrals.

  3. The Referrer can only receive the PHP 300 Maya Credit reward for new connect Smart Postpaid subscriptions only. Plan renewal is excluded from this referral program.

  4. The Referrer will be required to fully accomplish the Refer-A-Friend MS Form and encode the following information:

    • Referrer's First, Middle, and Last Name
    • Referrer's existing Smart Signature Mobile Number
    • Referrer's Smart Mobile Number linked to his/her Maya Account
    • Referrer's Email Address
    NOTE: Referrers' First, Middle, Last Name, and existing Signature Mobile Number
    MUST be consistent with what is encoded in the Smart system.
  5. The Referred/Referee will be required to fully accomplish the Reward-My-Friend MS Form and encode the following information:

    • Smart Signature Mobile Number of the Referrer
    • Referred/Referee's First, Middle, and Last Name
    • Referred/Referee's Smart Signature Application Date
    • Referred/Referee's Cart ID # or SR# (whichever is applicable)
    NOTE: Referred/Referees' First, Middle, Last Name, and existing Signature Mobile Number
    MUST be consistent with what is encoded in the Smart system.
  6. The Referrer will not in any circumstances perform any of the following:

    • Ask the Referee to accomplish or sign any document.
    • Collect any documentary requirements from the Referee.
    • Process the Smart Signature New Connect application on behalf of the Referee.
  7. The Referrer will not be allowed to process any Aftersales transactions on behalf of the Referred/Referee. Customer will be directed to the Smart Online Store only.

  8. For New Connect products and services queries, Referred/Referee will be directed to either Smart Corporate website at www.smart.com.ph or the Smart Online Store only.

  9. The Referrer MUST remind all his/her Referred/Referee to register in the Reward-My-Friend MS Form within 24 hours from the time of postpaid application. Correct SR# or Cart ID# MUST be encoded.

  10. Only those approved applications from the Reward-My-Friend MS Form will be processed for rewards. Both REFERRER and REFERRED/REFEREEs postpaid accounts MUST be active in the system upon report generation. Otherwise, any reward which could have been credited to the Referrers registered Maya account may be forfeited.

Terms and Conditions

  1. ALL INFORMATION ENCODED IN THE REFER-A-FRIEND AND REWARD-MY-FRIEND MS FORMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND CANNOT BE EDITED. Any wrong information/encoding and data provided may forfeit the reward which could have been credited to the Referrers registered Maya account.

  2. Referral rewards are paid through the registered Maya account of the Referrer every 30th of the succeeding month. Registered Maya account MUST be an existing Smart Mobile Number (Prepaid or Postpaid). Globe/TM or DITO mobile numbers linked to the Referrer's Maya account will not be accepted. Submission of non-Smart Maya account may forfeit the reward which could have been credited to the Referrer.

  3. Registered Maya account MUST not be under Maya Negosyo. Only Consumer MIN/account will be accepted for pay-out/disbursement.

  4. The Maya account of the referrer should already be in KYC1 status. Ensure that the Maya account is registered and upgraded.

  5. The rewards are non-transferable nor convertible to other products.

  6. Smart Communications Inc. reserves the right to modify, change, or revise the rules and mechanics of the promotion.

  7. Smart Communications Inc. reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes/rewards to subscribers that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system of weakness in the promotion to win prizes or receive benefits).

  8. Smart Communications Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes/rewards (including supplier of such prizes/rewards) or makes payments of at least equal or greater value due to, among others, events beyond Smart Communications Inc. control. Circumstances arising outside our control mean that Smart Communications Inc. is unable to provide such prizes/rewards through the method originally offered under the promotion.

  9. Issuance of prize/rewards and/or raffle-related notifications are subject to possible delays or changes in program mechanics.

  10. By participating in the promotion, referrers agree to the inclusion of their names and/or photos in any advertising or publicity materials/activities in whatever format, within or outside the Smart website, and including but not limited to posters, videos, or any other materials that Smart Communications Inc. may produce.
