All employees of Philippines Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications Inc. and
its subsidiaries, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Inc., Beyond Advertising, Inc.
and AMDOCS Philippines including their relatives up to third degree of consanguinity or
affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
Smart Communications Inc. reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to
subscribers that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e.
abuse of system of weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
Other Reminders:
- Each winner must allow Smart Communications, Inc. to use his name or picture in
their marketing communication material and winner announcement materials.
- All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of call, otherwise prizes
will be forfeited in favor of SMART with prior approval from DTI.
- All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after the cut-off date.
- For all complaints and queries regarding the promotion, the subscriber may call
Smart’s hotline at (02) 888-1111.
CONTROL MEASURES:
- DTI representatives shall be invited to check, test, validate, and verify the
computer system for receiving entries and drawing of winners. A printed copy of the
properties of the program may be given to the DTI representative after verification.
The DTI representative may check the database of the promo. The DTI representative
will be given a copy of the list of winners after each official raffle draw.
