Starting April 25, 2022, your Sun Postpaid number will become Smart Postpaid. Rest assured that you will still be able to use your existing SIM and plan inclusions.

Yes, you can keep using your Sun Fixed Load Plan and its inclusions even after your Sun number becomes Smart. Your Sun FLP will only be rebranded as Smart FLP. You should still be able to use your FLP inclusions. You can also avail of Smart Prepaid Top-up or Add-ons via Smart Prepaid Retailers or at our Smart Stores.

Yes, you may use the same mobile number for your bank accounts and e-wallets. You will continue to receive One-Time Pin (OTP) and other bank and e-wallet notifications even after your Sun Postpaid becomes Smart.

Yes. To be able to use the VoLTE or VoWiFi service, just make sure you have the following:

• LTE SIM

• 4G/4G+/LTE signal

• VoLTE- capable smartphone with the latest software version

• Sufficient load or an active voice and SMS subscription

If you are subscribed to apps like Spotify and Netflix using your Sun Postpaid, your subscription will not stop and will continuously be charged even after your Sun Postpaid account becomes Smart Postpaid.

You can continue to purchase your favorite in-app items and games and charge it to your Sun mobile number even after it becomes Smart Postpaid! If in any case you accidentally chose Sun, your transaction should still be successfully charged to your mobile number.
