- For security purposes, you will be asked to enter your Signature number and OTP during the activation process. For your account’s safety, please don’t share the OTP with anyone else.
- Once successful, you will be redirected to the Netflix log-in page where you can nominate the email and password that you would like to use for your Netflix account.
What if I already have a Netflix account?
If you already have a Netflix account, you have the following options:
Option 1: Maintain two Netflix accounts
Retain your current account and the Netflix bundle that comes with your Smart Signature Plan.
To do this, make sure that when you activate your Netflix bundle, you nominate a new email address that is different from the one you are using for your existing Netflix account.
Option 2: Transfer the billing of your current Netflix account to your Smart Signature Plan
To do this, ensure that when you activate your Netflix bundle, you register the same email address that you are using for your existing Netflix account.
If your current account is on a subscription other than Netflix Mobile (i.e., Basic, Standard, or Premium) you will be asked if you wish to maintain that. If you choose to maintain it, the cost difference of your respective Netflix plan over the retail price for Netflix Mobile (Php 149) will be charged on top of your monthly Smart Signature bill.
