Request for a USC* from your current network provider and prepare your application requirements.
*A Unique Subscriber Code (USC) is a 9-digit code issued by your current network provider to start the MNP process. The code is valid for 15 days.

STEP 2:
Get a SMART 5G-ready MNP SIM & Apply
Option 1: Get a 5G-ready MNP SIM and apply at any Smart Store Nationwide.
Option 2: Get a 5G-ready MNP SIM online and have it delivered to your doorstep.
To switch to Smart Postpaid, book an appointment at your preferred Smart Store.
STEP 3:
Activate your Smart 5G-Ready MNP SIM
Once you already have a Smart 5G-Ready MNP SIM and have completed your MNP Application, dial *123# and follow the steps that will appear on the screen.
You will receive an SMS notification through your mobile number upon successful activation.

Your mobile number has not been recently activated and/or has not applied for the MNP within the last 60 days.
Your mobile number is not associated with any fraudulent activity.

Unique Subscriber Code (USC)

- This serves as a clearance that your account is free from unpaid fees and balances.
- This is valid for fifteen (15) days upon date of issue.
