Change my billing address

If you are a SMART Postpaid, SMART Bro or Infinity subscriber, you can update the location where you want your bills to be delivered through your online account.

  1. Register and log-in to my.Smart. Registration is FREE.
  2. Once logged-in, link your Smart mobile number or Smart Bro number to your my.Smartaccount.
  3. Once linked, click the "Manage" option beside the account you want to have the settings changed.
  4. Select "Manage Services" then "Billing" from the left menu.
  5. Click "Change Billing Address" to update the location. A Customer Care Representative will call you to validate your new address if needed.

The changes will take effect on the next billing cycle and your bill cut-off will change depending on your new location. You will receive two billing statements to account for the changes from your old to new billing cut-off.
