  1. What does this promo offer?
    SMARTALK offer allows Individual Smart Gold active subscribers to enjoy the ultimate unlimited on-net voice calls to all of the 38 million SMART (Smart Gold, Smart Buddy, Talk ‘N Text, and Infinity) subscribers anytime, anywhere.

    SMARTALK service does not require the subscriber to get a new number, dial a prefix nor switch between SIMs or phones  to enjoy the unlimited on-net calls.
     
  2. When will this promo be offered?
    The Promo will be offered nationwide from June 26-September 30, 2009.
     
  3. Who are qualified to avail of this offer?
    Qualified subscribers can choose from two SMARTALK packages:
    a. All Smart Gold subscribers can buy SMARTALK Load P100 or P500 from any Smart load outlets nationwide.

    b. Existing and new subscribers under Plan 800 and above (should also be active in the system for more than 3 months) can avail thru registration and charge the P500 on top of their monthly service fee. 

    To register, text  TALK500 to 6400.

    SMARTALK registration or bill above is an option but can only be availed upon request at any Wireless Center.
     
  4. What will happen to my SMARTALK if I am redirected?
    Use of SMARTALK 100 and SMARTALK 500 within the 30-day period will automatically be suspended if postpaid account is temporarily disconnected or redirected due to unpaid balances. However availment will resume for the remaining period as long as account reverts back to active status.
     
  5. Who are not qualified to avail the offer?
    Subscribers of Smart Gold under corporate plans (CBG), Consumer Retail (corporate), Infinity subscribers, Talk ‘N Text and red mobile subscribers are not qualified to avail of the offer.
     
  6. How will an interested Smart Gold Standard Individual and Gold Lite subscriber know from which retailer can they top-up from?
    Interested Smart Gold subscribers may top-up from any Smart Buddy load outlet nationwide.  All retailers with a Smart Buddy merchandising may sell SMARTALK 100 or SMARTALK 500.
     
  7. Does SMARTALK feature unlimited text offers?
    SMARTALK 100 or 500 is for unlimited Smart-to-Smart/Talk ‘N Text/Gold voice calls only.
     
  8. Do I have to register every month for SMARTALK?
    Subscribers who availed via registration will automatically be renewed every month for 90-days. Subscriber will continue to enjoy the service and pay the P500 every 30 days unless the subscriber opts-out of the service. To unsubscribe, text NO and send to 6400. 
     
  9. Will the subscriber be required to a lock-in period when availing the SMARTALK service?
    There is no prescribed lock-in period for this service to allow subscribers the flexibility they need in stretching their budget. There will be no pre-termination fee for subscribers opting out of the service.
     
  10. How much is the initial cash out for registration to avail of the promo?
    The P500 peso charge is an access to the SMARTALK service. It will be charged in full from time of registration.
     
  11. Do I need to submit additional financial reference to qualify for the offer?
    No additional financial documents will be required for new connect applicants subscribing to a Smart Gold Plan availing of SMARTALK other than the standard requirements
     
  12. Can a subscriber change MIN number under SMARTALK subscription?
    Change of subscription ownership is NOT allowed if the MIN is subscribed to SMARTALK service
     
  13. Can I avail of the offer more than once from the same mobile number?
    Concurrent availment of other unlimited voice packages will not be allowed.
     
  14. Is the offer available for international roaming?
    System will not allow loading of Smart Talk 100 and 500 if subscriber is in roaming. Applicable roaming fees will apply.
     
  15. Will my existing plan change when I avail of SMARTALK?
    If a postpaid subscriber registers for SMARTALK , his existing plan (call minutes or free SMS) will not be affected or deducted.
