Air21 is SMART's partner in delivering bills to Metro Manila individual subscribers. With Air21's Bill Tracking System, you can now see the delivery status of your bills. 

Here’s how to do it: 

  • Go to Air21’s web site:  http://www.air21.com.ph.
  • Click the button with Smart & PLDT logo.
  • Enter your account number.
    (Note: Always add “0” to each account number).
  • Click “Track”.
  • Proof of Delivery will be displayed.
