Good news!
SMART Load Retailers can now access the following transactions through Web Connect:
- Load Wallet Inquiry
- Request for Blocking of Load Wallet due to Lost or Stolen SIM
- Request for Statement of Account*
How to register?
Simply log-on to Web Connect and register your account for free.
1. Open the Web Connect page.
2. Click Sign up.
3. Select subscriber type. You may register a prepaid or postpaid retailer number.
4. Enter Retailer Mobile Number and code displayed on the screen.
5. You will rreceive a verification code via SMS.
6. Input the SMS code in the Web Connect verification code box.
7. Fill-out the Web Connect Registration Fields.
8. Click the Smart Load Retailer box.
Note: If the box has not been checked, you will not be able to view and access retailer transactions.
Already registered?
If you already have a Web Connect account, just update your profile and click on the "SMART Load Retailer" box.
