IVRS: For service requests, you may use our Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) which you can access via landline: 02-672-727 or through a Smart cellphone: *1888 or 1800-10-672-7277. Our IVRS will ask for your service reference number (SRN) and account number to process or request for the following:

  • Get technical support
  • Access billing
  • Inquire services and promos
  • Follow up application status
