You may settle your SMART bills at any authorized banks and payment centers nationwide. Please be informed though that Sales persons are not authorized to receive payments for your monthly bills. For payments made through SMART Money, banks, ATMs, internet banking, mobile banking, phonebanking and accredited payment centers, please allow three (3) business days for posting of payments.

Friendly Reminders:

Please have your account number on hand when paying your bills. When paying in check, please issue one check per account.  To ensure correct posting of your payments made through our accredited payment facilities, please verify the details indicated in the payment stub/machine validation before leaving the payment counter. For SMART Bro , SMART is authorized to receive payments for SMART BRO accounts.

SMART Money

Pay your bills anytime, anywhere with just a few clicks on your cellphone.

  1. With  your  SMART  cellphone,  go to SMART Menu > SMART Money  >  Pay Bills  >  Others
  2. Key in Biller Code 03006 and your SMART Bill Account Number (found in your billing statement). Once ‘Pay from’ is shown on the screen, press OK. 
  3. Select SMART Money account, key in the amount of payment, then press OK.  At the confirmation message, press OK.
  4. Enter your w-PIN, then press OK. You will receive a payment transaction confirmation through text message.

Mobile Banking

You may pay via Mobile Banking Service (MBS) through the following banks: Allied Bank, Asiatrust Bank, Banco De Oro, Bank of Commerce, Chinatrust, City State Bank, Development Bank of the Phils., Eastwest Bank, GE Money Bank, Maybank Philippines Inc., Metrobank, Philippine National Bank, Union Bank and United Coconut Planters Bank.

To use the service, inquire and fill-out an MBS application form at these banks or call our toll free hotline number 15177 using your SMART cellphone or 8457777 using your landline to inquire about this payment facility. Once enrolled, simply follow these steps:

  1. Select Mobile Banking Menu in your SMART cellphone SIM Menu
  2. Click Pay Bills and enter 03006 (SMART Biller Code), your SMART account number and payment amount.

To pay your bill through BANCNET, BPI EXPRESS and MEGALINK ATMs, simply go to Bills Payment, select SMART, and follow instructions as prompted.

ADA provides for an easy and convenient way of paying your bills using any of the following locally issued credit cards:

Smart Wireless Centers

Paying your bills is easy with over 700 accredited Bayad Center and RCPI outlets nationwide.

SM Malls Payment Centers

SMART bill payments are accepted at all SM Malls from 10:00AM to 8:00PM.

7-Eleven Stores

You may pay at any of the 190 7-Eleven outlets in Greater Metro Manila area. Stores are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

LBC Outlets

You may pay at any of the over 590 LBC outlets nationwide.

Cebuana Lhuillier

Payments may be accepted at selected Cebuana Lhuillier outlets.
