1. Why is it more convenient to pay at SMART accredited payment centers?
With over 10,000 authorized payment sites nationwide, paying via accredited payment centers gives Smart subscribers more options to pay at their own convenience.
2. Where can I see the complete list of accredited payment centers?
The list of accredited payment centers is seen at the back of your Smart or Smart Bro Statement of Accounts. Accredited payment centers and available payment channels can also be seen in the Smart Corporate Website. You may access http://smart.com.ph/paymentcenters
3. If I pay through accredited payment centers, when will my payment be posted on my Smart account?
Payments are usually posted after the next business day from date of payment.
4. If my account is redirected or disconnected, can I still pay through the accredited payment centers?
Yes. You may still pay through other our payment channels. It is important though that you call the Adaptive Credit Practice and Payment Systems Hotline at 511-2890 or the Customer Service Hotline at (02) 888-1111 or *888 (using your Smart cellphone) prior making payments to advise you of the exact amount needed to be able to restore your services.
5. Do I need to be a depositor of a particular bank to be able to make payments via their channels?
No. For payments to be made in cash and check via the Over the Counter facility of the banks, you need not be a depositor of the accredited bank.
If you wish, however, to make payments via Phonebanking, Internet Banking or ATM Payment, you need to be a depositor of the accredited bank to be able to make a bills payment transaction. You may also be required to register for these channels.

6. Do I need to bring my Statement of Account if I pay via accredited payment centers?
No. Bringing of Statement of Account is not required. It is necessary, though, that you have your account number on hand when paying your bills.
7. Will I be issued Official Receipt if I pay via accredited payment centers?
Official receipts are provided for in the Statement of Account.
8. Will I be charged additional fees if I pay via accredited payment centers?
Except CIS Bayad Center and LBC, all of the payment centers do not charge additional fees for accepting bills payment.
The processing fees charge by LBC is at Php 5.00 while CIS Bayad Center is at Php7.00 per payment transaction. These charges may represent the equivalent value for your transportation.
