    • Please examine the charges posted in your Statement of Account. For Smart Gold subscribers, please call our Customer Care Hotline at (02) 8881111 using a landline or toll-free at *888 using your cellphone, or log-on and register at Web Connect .

    • For Smart Bro subscribers, please call (02) 6727277 using a landline or toll-free at *1888 using a SMART/Talk N’ Text cellphone, or log-on to Web Connect .

    • For Infinity and Corporate subscribers, please contact your Infinity Management Officers or Corporate Account Point Person, respectively.

    • Your Statement of Account is considered correct and binding after twenty-one (21) days from Statement Date in the event that we do not receive any question regarding your bill.
