How can I avail of the DataRoam Service? |

1. Activate your Roaming service by texting ROAM ON then send to 333 before leaving the country.
2. Load up a minimum of P100.00.
3. Make sure yoyur are connected to SMART’s Roaming Partner in the country you are in (please see list below).
4. Dial *133# to access the Presyong Pinoy Menu. Press ANSWER then enter 5 to choose your current location.
5. Type the number of the country you chose then validate if you are connected to the right Roaming Partner.
6. Then choose the DataRoam bucket that you prefer. You will revived a confirmation spiel upon successful availment.
Sample Spiel:
You’re now registered to 24 hrs of data roaming service. You will be charge P500 for this subscription. Your session begins now. Please maintain 1.00 airtime balance to fully consume your data roaming service. Stay connected to Indonesia-Indosat to enjoy the service.

If the subscriber's connection setting automatically shifts to an operator that is not part or included in the Roaming Partner list above, he will have to manually configure his connection settings to the correct Roaming Partner.
To manually configure your phone network settings, just go to the SETTINGS menu of your phone, choose NETWORK, then choose MANUAL. Your phone will then search manually for available Networks, you need to choose then the Network Partner of SMART in your current location. Please refer to the table above for the list.

B. ELECTRONIC LOAD

SMART roaming subscribers can ask their relatives in the Philippines to load their SIM by visiting SMART load outlets nationwide. Likewise, e-load is available at SMART-accredited distributors abroad.
Available load denomination: Econo (30), Regular (60), Extra (115) and SMART Load (200)
C. CALL AND TEXT CARD/E-PIN VOUCHERS
Call & Text cards and electronic PIN vouchers are available in P100, P300 and P500 denominations.
SMART roaming subscribers can load their SIM via call and text cards in 2 ways:
- While roaming abroad, text RELOAD space <PIN> and send to 1510.
Ex: Text RELOAD 1000100223344 and send to 1510
- * To reload a roaming SIM using a Call and Text Card, subscriber must have at least P20 load.
- Your relatives in the Philippines can buy Call & Text cards for you. They should then text LOAD space < PIN> space < B# or SMART # abroad) and send to 1510.
Ex: Text LOAD 1000100223344 09182211333 and send to 1510
*To load using SMART Call & Text card or E-PIN vouchers abroad, subscriber should have a P20.00 maintaining balance. P20.00 roaming charge per transaction shall apply.
D. PASALOAD
The world’s first service that allows your friends and relatives in the Philippines to send load for as low as P2.00 from their SMART cellphones.
To send load to your roaming SIM, they just have to text < your roaming sim#> space < amount> and send to 808.
