3. Submit payment at the cashier of the retail location

For other locations, such as CVS/pharmacy
1. Pick up the MoneyGram phone. It will auto-dial MoneyGram Customer Service.
2. When prompted for the transaction type, select Load Prepaid Phone from the menu list.
3. Enter the Smart cellphone number (including the Philippines country code 63).
4. You will be connected to a live MoneyGram agent who will ask you to confirm the telephone number, your name, address, the amount of cash you are loading and the Receive Code (Receive Codes are 7671, 7685 or 7686).
5. The MoneyGram agent will be giving you additional information and instructions to confirm the transaction.
