SMART offers 500K every day
[Nov. 8, 2008, Makati City] - Leading wireless services provider Smart Communications, Inc. (SMART) is giving away more than 15 million pesos in prizes through the “500K Everyday” promo, where SMART Buddy and Talk ‘N Text subscribers have a chance to win either a hefty P500,000 or a Nokia 1680 handset every day for every top-up of airtime denomination via e-load, call and text card, or SMART Money.
All SMART Buddy and Talk ‘N Text subscribers can start earning raffle entries to the 500K Everyday promo by simply texting REG<space>NAME/ADDRESS to 299. Participants must register once to join the promo.
After registration, the subscriber will immediately receive a confirmation message stating that the transaction was successful. By then, the subscriber can already earn raffle entries every time he or she purchases load. Subscriber gets free SMS for every top-up of regular load denominations like P30, P60 and P115, to be credited within 48 hours of loading. The subscriber also gets a free download within the same period. The higher the load purchase, the more freebies one gets, and the more raffle entries one can earn.
Subscribers registered to the promo can opt to pull points update by sending 500 to 299, for only P1.50 per update. Subscribers can also decide on receiving points update after every reload by sending YES to 299. This option will also allow subscribers to receive picture messages, logo, and MMS, together with the points update.
Daily winners will be drawn via an electronic raffle every Tuesday, from November 8 – December 7, 2008, with the cut-off time for daily entries at 11:59pm every day. Entries earned since the start of the promo will be qualified for every draw date.
Every winner will be informed initially via phone call through SMART’s special access number 7777 and through registered mail. To claim the prize, winners must present valid IDs, as well as the registered SMART Buddy or Talk ‘N Text SIM.
