Q1: How do I apply to become a Smart Gold Specialist?

Just  visit your nearest Wireless Center in your area and look for the Channel Sales Supervisor to submit the required documents. In case the Channel Sales Supervisor  is not around, leave your name and contact number to any of the sales personnel of the branch so they will be able to contact you right away. You may also get in touch with the CS Sup assigned in your area. A list of the names and contact numbers of the Channel Sales Supervisors per area is available on this site. The list can be found here.

 

Q2: How will I know if I’m already qualified to apply as a Smart Gold Specialist?

You will be notified by the Channel Sales Supervisor and you will be asked to proceed with the training.

 

Q3: Upon accreditation, Can I already solicit postpaid applications?

Yes. You can already actively solicit postpaid applications.  

Q4: What are the benefits of a Smart Gold Specialist?

As a SMART Gold Specialist, you will be receiving commissions based on approved, paid and activated postpaid applications. Commission are credited every Friday. On top of your commissions, you will also have the chance to get special rewards during the quarterly Rewards and Recognition Assembly for Top SGS Performers.

 

Q5: How will I receive my commission?

Your commissions shall be credited through your personalized SMART Money Account.
