With SMART Menu, checking your latest SMART Buddy PESO and FREE TEXT balance is a breeze. Simply click on Buddy Balance and you'll receive a message stating your current pre-paid PESO, FREE TEXT balance and UnliCall/UnliText subscription expiration.
How do I check my balance via text?
You can also check your latest available PESO, FREE TEXT balance and Unlicalls/Unlitext subscription expiration via text by typing ?1515 and sending to 214. You will then receive a text message stating your balance information.
How do I check my balance via the access number?
You can call to inquire about your PESO balance by simply dialing 1515 + SEND .
After a short beep, you will then receive a text message stating your latest available PESO, FREE TEXT balance and Unlicalls/Unlitext subscription expiration, together with the date and time of your inquiry.
How do I configure my phone's 3G/GPRS/MMS settings?
Note: Most Smart handset packages already have preloaded settings.
To activate and download 3G/GPRS/MMS settings on your cellphone,
text SET <phonemodel> to 211.
Upon receiving the configuration settings, choose "Save All " to save the settings on your phone. To get a list of supported handsets, key in SET LIST to 211.
How do I reload while roaming?
VIA TEXT
Text RELOAD <14-digit Card PIN> and send to 1510 .
Note: Charges apply when reloading via text.
Via Smart Money (using Super SIM 3)
Go to your SMART Menu, select SMART Money >> Choose Load Airtime >> Choose where to Pay From >> Select a preset Amount or choose Others >> Key-in your W-PIN
You will then receive a text message confirming the amount successfully transferred
Note: You will be charged per airtime reload via Smart Money.
How do I cancel/unsubscribe from Value-Added Services?
Please key in CHECK and send it to the access number that regularly sends the information to you (Example: Type CHECK and send to 288). You will receive a notification indicating all the services you are subscribed to. The text message also includes instructions on how to cancel the service you don't need anymore.
Note: CHECK service is not available for 386 and 283 access codes because these are maintained by multiple Content Providers
