Q: Can I use QuickSolutions to diagnose connection problems if I’m using another internet service provider (ISP)? A: No, QuickSolutions was not designed to run on any ISP other than SMART Bro.
Installation Q: What are the System Requirements to run QuickSolutions? A: QuickSolutions requires Microsoft Windows ME/NT/2000/XP to run successfully on the user’s pc. At the moment, QuickSolutions can only run on Windows-based platforms. Aside from this, the user’s computer should meet the following minimum requirements: - Intel™ Pentium II processor (or higher) - At least 256 MB RAM (or higher) - LAN Card - At least 10 GB hard disk space
Q: How do I install QuickSolutions? A: You will need to click on the download button above and save the installer file on to your local disk. Double-click on the downloaded to launch the installation. Follow the installation procedures.
Q: How do I uninstall QuickSolutions? A: To uninstall, simply click on: START > ALL PROGRAMS > SMART BRO > UNINSTALL.

Q: Do I need to register and/or activate QuickSolutions similar to QuickFix? A: Unlike QuickFix, you will no longer be required to register and/or activate QuickSolutions. This is to enable you to use the software even without an internet connection.

Q: What is the difference between QuickSolutions and QuickFix? A: Aside from the new look and feel, QuickFix 2.1 also allows the user to view a more accurate diagnostic capability compared to QuickFix 2.

Q: How do I diagnose my SMART Bro Internet connection? A: Your SMART Bro Internet connection can be diagnosed by clicking on the “CHECK MY CONNECTION” button. This will allow QuickSolutions to diagnose parts of your Smart BRO connection, and troubleshoot basic connection problems.
Q: Will I be able to diagnose SMART Bro Internet connection if my PC is connected to the antenna via router? A: No. The software requires that you attach the PC-ANTENNA cable directly to the PC/Laptop where QuickSolutions will be run. This is to ensure accuracy in diagnosing your internet connection.
Q: How do I use Advanced Options in QuickSolutions? A: There are certain advanced features present in QuickSolutions, such as Ping a Site, Trace Route, etc. You may opt to use any of the advanced options available by clicking the appropriate button from the main window. A brief description regarding each feature will be displayed by pointing the mouse cursor on each button.
