There are 2 types of Giga Plans.
Customers may pick whether they would prefer Giga Plans with or without handset (line-only).

*Smart and TNT calls are Php 4.00/minute (VAT-inclusive)
*Excess Globe. TM and Sun calls are Php 7.50/minute (VAT-inclusive)
GIGA Plans will now replace Surf Plus and
iPhone plans offering up to 18GB per month for regular GIGA plans and
up to 36GB per month for line-only GIGA plans.
They will be carried on to Giga Plans.

Yes! Still the same list of apps and the same data allocation for all offers.
Apps, short for Applications, are various mini-programs that may be installed on your phone. With Giga plans, there are several apps you may choose from, for FREE, and can be changed, monthly!
You may pick their choice of app per month! You may choose to stay with your previously chosen app, or change to other apps available for Surf Plus!

No need to re-subscribe to My Smart app for the renewal of same app.
You selected Waze, but mid-month, you decide to pick Viber as your next FREE app
Viber will now be the next FREE app starting the next bill cut-off date. Waze will now be priced at regular rates if used.
You may access My Smart app, via View Balance Details to check the FREE app inclusion for the month.
Your FREE app for the next cut-off can be selected using your handset via My Smart App. You may choose your FREE app even before your next bill cut-off date.
A notification will be sent to inform that you still have 24 hours to change your FREE app via mySmart App. Otherwise, your current FREE app will be renewed for the next bill cut-off.
The Smart mySmart App will not allow you to change by displaying an error prompt.
Subscriber must at least have an Android or Apple device, or any smartphone to maximize their data usage. One must also download My Smart App on their handset. This is compatible on iOS or Android devices. If handset is Windows or Blackberry OS based, customer may contact Smart Postpaid hotline to switch their VAS on *888 or 02-888-1111.
Surf Plus Plan 599 subscribers who wish to retain their current plans may be able to do so. This is still with handset offers.
Subscriber may wish to retain (not renew) their line but it is suggested to upgrade instead to Giga Plan 399 (Line-Only) as it has better plan component.

Yes, our system will automatically detect it and an SMS will be sent to reminding you that you’re near mobile data limit.
Yes, registration to Flexibundles is allowed. This will be charged on top of your monthly service fee.
Regular Anti-Bill Shock applies (ABS).
You will only be billed according to your usage which is P5/15 minutes in excess of the data allowance.
You will receive separate SMS notifications:
First for near-consumption of FREE app data allocation.
Second for full consumption of FREE app data, stating your succeeding mobile data usage will now be charged against your monthly Data Volume Allowance. If you have consumed fully-consumed this, you shall be charged with regular browsing rates.
