Access the App-On section from MyPostpaid App and click Learn More.

Choose which App you want to access for your first month.

Slide the button to register. Your App On 99 will automatically be renewed but you can change the app you want to access per month.

How to Change Your Enrolled App:


Click on the ‘Manage My App Ons’ button in your profile.

Click on the ‘Change’ button beneath the app you wish to switch to a different one.

Choose which App you want to access for your next month.

Slide the button to change.

Confirm your switch.

How to unsubscribe:


Click on the ‘Manage My App Ons’ button in your profile

Click on the Unregister button beneath the App On you wish to unregister.

Slide button to unregister then press proceed. Confirm your desire to unregister.

  • What is SMART POSTPAID’s LANDLINE-TO-GO 399?

    LANDLINE-TO-GO 399allows you to make UNLIMITED landline calls from anywhere in the Country,to ALL LANDLINE NUMBERS that are within your registered Home Zone.
    Upon registration to the service, you will be assigned a PLDT virtual number, which serves as your wireless landline.
    The service is valid for 30 days, and registration fee is only P399!
  • What are the features of LANDLINE-TO-GO 399?

    Unlimited local calls – enjoy unlimited calls within your Home Zone
    Bring it anywhere in the country – Make and receive calls using your virtual Landline to your Home Zone
    Save on costly phone charge
    • Unlimitedcalls to all landline numbers that are within your registered Home Zone
    • P1/min only will be charged if you call a PLDT landline number that is outside of the Home Zone.
  • Who can avail of this service?

    ALL SMART POSTPAID subscribers (except those on Freedom Plan) are allowed to avail this service.
  • How can a SMART POSTPAID subscriber register to this Flexibundle?

    There are 4 ways to register:
    1. You may text LANDLINE to 9999
    2. You may dial *121# and navigate through the menu to register
    3. You may visit the SMART Online Store
    4. You may call the SMART hotline and have our Customer Representative register for you
      a. *888 on your mobile
      b. 888-1111 on landline
  • How can I check if I am subscribed to Landline-To-Go?

    Simply text STATUS to 7577 to see if you are currently registered to Landline-to-Go 399. If you are, it will show the expiration date of your service as well.
  • What does Home Zone mean?

    Home Zone refers to the area code of your SMART Postpaid Plan's billing address.

  • How do I get my virtual landline number? Is it automatic or can I choose my number?

    The virtual landline number is automatically assigned to you upon registration to Landline-to-Go 399. You may keep your virtual landline number by enrolling your Landline-to-Go 399 to auto-renewal, or if you register again to the service within 7 days after expiration.
  • Can I request to change my virtual landline number within the subscription period?

    Changing your virtual landline number is not allowed. It is automatically assigned to you upon registration to Landline-to-Go 399.
  • Do I get assigned the same virtual landline number if I register again to Landline-to-Go after it expires?

    We will hold your number for you for 7 days, so if you register again within 7 days from expiration, you will be assigned the same virtual landline number. If you register past the 7 day holding period,you will be assigned a new virtual landline number.
  • Do I need to use an area code for calls to landline numbers? (For example, 02888-1111)

    Yes, you will need to use area codes when making landline calls.
  • What happens if a mobile number calls my virtual landline number?

    Regular mobile to landline rates shall apply. For further reference, below is a table of the calling rates when someone calls your virtual landline number.Please note that the following are not charged to you. These will be charged to those that call your Landline-to-Go 399 virtual number.

  • What will happen if someone callsmy landline number while I’m on a call using my mobile number?

    The person who is trying to reach you will receive a busy tone.
  • Will I be notified if my subscription will expire? What if I forget to renew?

    You will receive an SMS notification 24 hours before your expiration, and at the moment of expiration of Landline-to-Go. If you forget to renew, you may simply register again by texting LANDLINE to 9999. Once you receive your successful registration SMS, you may proceed to enroll your Landline-to-Go to auto-renewal by texting GO LANDLINE to 9999. If you wish to retain the virtual landline number assigned to you, please enroll to auto-renewal or register again within 7 days after expiry.
  • Does this service have call forwarding?

    Yes, the service supports call forwarding. You can set this up using the settings on your device.
  • Can I use my landline number for data? For SMS? While roaming?

    No, your virtual landline number acts as a local landline phone registered to your Home Zone, and therefore, cannot be used for data, SMS, nor roaming.
  • Is the promo available to roaming subscribers?

    The promo is not available to subscribers on roaming.
