  • Bills Payments - pay your monthly SMART Gold, Addict Mobile, Infinity and SMART Bro postpaid bills
  • Sales Payments - pay the initial cashout for your new SMART Gold or SMART BRO account
  • Aftersales Processing Fee - pay for the processing fee of the following transactions:
        -   Roaming deposit
        -   Change equipment (GSM handset, SMART BRO)
        -   Change MIN
        -   Change SIM card
        -   Downgrade of plan
        -   Reconnection from Voluntary Permanent Disconnection
        -   Retention

The SIM Connect Menu can be downloaded to your SMART Menu SIM and is available to SMART Buddy, Talk N Text and SMART Bro subscribers.

Wap Connect

Using your handset's browser (handset should be 3G/MMS/GPRS capable), type m.smart.com.ph to access the SMART wap portal. Look for the Customer Care tab to perform:
