Experience the new Web Connect (formerly SMART Online)! Now, you can instantly process over 14 service transactions online. For postpaid subscribers, simply register your account to perform bill inquiry and payment, service activation and account management.
Prepaid subscribers just have to go to the Buddy website or Talk N Text website. SMART Bro prepaid subscribers may check their prepaid balance and send feedback via www.smart.com.ph/connect or via www.smart.com.ph/smartbro.
WAP Connect
Now all Prepaid SMART subscribers can avail of the following transactions using WAP Connect, the latest addition to the SMART Connect suite of customer service channels.
- PUK release
- Call and Text Card status inquiry
- International roaming activation and deactivation
- Voicemail Activation
- Text Reconnection
Using your MMS/GPRS and 3G capable phone, simply log-on to wap.smart.com.ph and access the WAP Connect menu.

Fax on Demand service
Easily access your SMART Gold and Addict Mobile postpaid bills by calling 511-4500. You can request for your bills up to the last three consecutive months and get them via telefax. (Initially available to Metro Manila residents.)
