1. Package price will be deducted to your airtime load.
2. Please maintain P1 airtime balance to use IDD service.
3. Open to prepaid subscribers only.
4. You can buy multiple packages as long as they are of different group. Example, you can buy Australia IDD package and USA IDD package at the same time. You cannot buy however, one US package and one HK package at the same time since they fall under one group.
5. You cannot buy multiple packages of the same country at the same time, i.e. 2 UK packages.. You must first utilize or expire all your available credits to subscribe again.
To call abroad using availed package, dial:
*8911 00 <country code> <mobile or area code> <number>
1. Ensure you use special dialing procedure above to avail of these special rates. IDD calls made using the regular procedure will be charged regular rate - $0.40 / minute for most destinations.
2. You can only use special rates to the specific country you are subscribed to. Otherwise, your call will result to an error.
